BLACK FRIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Black Friday purchases (orders with 40% or greater discount) are eligible for exchange only. Customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to be received by our office within 30 days of the delivery date.Once Robed With Love has received the items, RWL is responsible for shipping the requested items for exchange back to the customer. When customer is exchanging, if a size is not available in the size required the customer will receive store credit that is eligible to purchase any products on our site. Black Friday Purchases are not eligible for return and/or refund.  

When exchanging, items must be returned in full packaging (poly bag, drawstring gift bag, and robe with hangtags attached) without any damage to be eligible for exchange. Exchange processing time can take up to 8 business days.

An exchange request needs to be filled out and approved prior to shipment. Please follow the following steps to request a return/exchange:

Robed With Love is not responsible for products lost in transit and we suggest you use a reliable and trackable carrier method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

RETURN POLICY 

Items sold with a discount UNDER 35% OFF ORIGINAL RRP are available for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to be received by our office within 30 days of the delivery date. Customer will be refunded the amount they paid for the product. **Shipping amount will not be refunded** Your items must be returned in full packaging (poly bag, drawstring gift bag, and robe with hangtags attached) without any damage to receive a full refund. Upon RWL receiving the items to be returned and refunded, processing time can take up to 8 business days to submit a refund in our system.

Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping the product back to our office and received within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers items must be returned in full packaging (poly bag, drawstring gift bag, and robe with hangtags attached) without any damage to be eligible for an exchange. Upon RWL receiving the items to be exchanged, processing time can take up to 8 business days to submit an exchange in our system. Plus additional 2-5 business days for shipping. If customer requires the items within 2 weeks, please place a new order for the items you require and submit a return request instead of an exchange request.
